With the annual music awards taking place tonight in London, attendees are walking the red carpet right now. Dua Lipa – who is nominated for four awards – turned up in a lace and pink satin number from Christopher Kane’s recent AW19 collection, while Japanese designer Tomo Koizumi’s extra tulle look from his NYFW debut appeared on singer Annemarie. Forget them though, because it’s Years & Years frontman Olly Alexander who looks like he has won the title of MVP of the night. Wearing a white, feather-trimmed cape from Palomo Spain’s AW18 collection – the one inspired by hunting in the woods (AKA cruising) – Alexander sadly didn’t wear the entire look which originally featured a giant feathered Admiral hat and tiny white pants with over-the-knee latex boots. Instead, the singer turned up in a sheer shirt, with pussybow-style ribbon, finishing his OTT femme-glam look with sparkly heeled boots. If only they were Tabis.
