In September this year, the son of Vivienne Westwood and Malcom McLaren, Joe Corré, opened a four-storey shop in the heart of Soho. Part boutique, part members club, The Light House is a Victorian townhouse that specialises in platforming bespoke, independent fashion brands.

Inside, you’ll discover brands such as Fleet Ilya, Atsuko Kudo, Sian Hoffman and Torture Garden Latex, and now, it’s bringing London label Sinéad O’Dwyer into the fold. Though the Dublin-born designer didn’t show last season, she’ll be taking over The Light House with her AW25 Character Studies show, which paid tribute to the archetypes of her previous collections, from secretaries and submissives to gymnasts and dancers.

Her AW25 show was also O’Dwyer’s last as part of the British Fashion Council’s NEWGEN initiative, meaning she’ll have to raise funds and find her own sponsorship from now on. It’s no easy feat for independent designers, and all the more reason to attend her pop-up at The Light House, open until December 24. Find more information here
