What a record!” Then, tagging Megan Thee Stallion, she suggested: “We should do it again sometime.” To fans’ delight, Megan Thee Stallion appears to be on board for a sequel to Ben Shapiro’s fave karaoke song. “Happy WAPIVERSARY,” she responds to Cardi’s tweets. “Thank you for having me, I think the people deserve another collab.” “Love me some Cardi,” the Houston rapper adds in a later tweet. Currently, there’s no further confirmation of an upcoming “WAP” collab. To be fair, it could take a while to come up with something to top the pandemic masterpiece that spawned thousands of TikTok mashups and unwanted thinkpieces. Either way, right wing commentators are bound to be mad. Earlier this week, ASL interpreter Kelly Kurdi also went viral for signing “WAP” during Megan Thee Stallion’s performance at Lollapalooza (watch here). In March, Cardi and Meg teamed up for a raunchy performance of the track at the 2021 Grammys. Happy WAPIVERSARY 😛 Thank you for having me , I think the people deserve another collab 🥰😌 https://t.co/UiDFHuFbqO— TINA SNOW (@theestallion) August 7, 2021Expand your creative community and connect with 15,000 creatives from around the world.READ MOREBloodz Boi: The humble godfather of Chinese underground rapA rare interview with POiSON GiRL FRiEND, dream pop’s future seerNigeria’s Blaqbonez is rapping to ‘beat his high score’Inside Erika de Casier’s shimmering R&B universe ‘Rap saved my life’: A hazy conversation with MIKE and Earl Sweatshirt7 essential albums by the SoulquariansIs AI really the future of music? The KPop Demon Hunters directors on fan theories and a potential sequelplaybody: The club night bringing connection back to the dancefloorAn interview with IC3PEAK, the band Putin couldn’t silenceFrost Children answer the dA-Zed quizThe 5 best features from PinkPantheress’ new remix album
