Will Smith is very active on social media nowadays. He had his first taste of influencer stardom when he joined Instagram years after everyone else, then he dipped his toe into the world of vlogging.

Now the actor, 49, is showing he can also make it big in the arena of music video parodies to celebrate the fact that his son Jaden’s track “Icon” just hit 100 million streams on Spotify.

With an ill-fitted grill and some yellow hairspray, Will has the act down to a tee. He even put his own dad-dancing spin on it, moonwalking out of his slippers. The lo-fi remake features the same blushing skyline, wild backdrop and neck-full of gold chains – it’s uncanny.

Finally, Will breaks his stunning performance to bestow some well-earned congratulations on his 19-year-old: “Jay diggy I’m proud of you baby, 100 million streams. Congratulations man (...) I love you.”
