Florida police said they were able to find Michael Hunt, 43, after receiving an anonymous tip-off. He was on his way to Del Rey's concert in downtown Orlando and had concert tickets with him, plus a three-inch knife. Hunt has been charged with charged with attempted kidnapping with a weapon and aggravated stalking with a credible threat. A police spokesman told the Guardian: “On Friday, Orlando Police Department determined this was a credible threat and worked swiftly to ensure the safety of everyone involved and of everyone who attended the show. “We rely on the community to call in anything suspicious. In 2016, Voice US singer Christina Grimmie was shot to death by a man who turned up to her concert in Florida with two guns and a hunting knife. Del Rey has also struggled with stalkers in the past.
