While we’re still patiently waiting for Demna’s Gucci runway debut, the Georgian designer is keeping us satisfied with a drip feed of fashion in the meantime. Last month, it was Generation Gucci, the label’s Pre-Fall 2026 collection that remixed bygone eras of the house, and now Demna brings us his first official campaign – SS26’s La Famiglia.

Demna’s first collection was revealed to us last September, when Demna debuted a lookbook and short film filled with wacky Gucci archetypes like La Bomba, L’Influencer and La VIP. Those same characters return for this week’s new campaign, which the house describes as “unapologetically sexy, extravagant, and daring.”

“Across the campaign, gesture, styling, and presence highlight the different personalities within this extended Gucci family, revealing how their wardrobes form a collective identity built on ease, character, and iconic codes,” it continued. “Each character and their wardrobe reveal one of the many personas of La Famiglia and the distinctive aesthetic attitudes that define the collection.” The La Famiglia collection is now available in Gucci stores worldwide and on gucci.com

In other fashion news this week, we mused on Alabama Barker’s Christmas TikTok haul and her viral catchphrase ‘nasty with a Pucci outfit’; Louis Vuitton brought together house ambassadors Push T and Jermey Allen White for a new men’s campaign dedicated to travel; and Bella Hadid helped bring back Saint Laurent’s iconic 00s It-bag, the Mabaso. Elsewhere, we ran through all the best shows from the upcoming menswear and Haute Couture season in a handy cheat sheet, while writer Natasha Cornelissen delved into the ongoing trend of cool girls wearing vintage sportswear to the gym. CHANEL CRUSHES ON GRACIE

This week, Chanel teased Gracie Abrams as the next face of its Coco Crush fine jewellery collection. Abrams, who is also a house ambassador, celebrated the news with a starry dinner at LA’s Château Marmont, which featured an impromptu performance from Lily Allen. The full Coco Crush campaign will be revealed on January 13.

BELLA AND MISS SIXTY HIT THE THREE-PEAT

Elsewhere, Bella Hadid continued her ongoing collaboration with Miss Sixty, starring in her third campaign for the label. Joining forces with photographer Gabriel Moses for the brand’s SS26 collection, the shoot reimagines history with Hadid as a contemporary version of Marie Antoinette. BURBERRY PAYS HOMAGE TO THE GREAT OUTDOORS

For those who didn’t know, Thomas Burberry invented gabardine in 1879, popularising the fabric for everyone from Arctic explorers to rain-soaked Londoners. In homage to its founder’s innovation, the British house has just dropped The Garbardine Capsule this week. Shot in Snowdonia, the accompanying campaign stars modern day explorers like Connaire Cann, Marlon Patrice and Bear Grylls’ son Jesse (pictured). Head here to shop the collection.
