Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Shujun Wei, the film also stars brand ambassadors Liu Haocun and Zhao Jinmai and takes place inside a Cantonese tea restaurant in Beijing. The clothes include oversized sweaters, the brand’s signature ballerinas, Plume and New Balance X Miu Miu trainers, with the addition of decadent opera gloves. Watch the film here. Elsewhere in fashion this week, industry insiders are bracing themselves for three months of back-to-back fashion shows, kicking off next week with Pitti Uomo in Florence. It was also a sad week for Paris-based brand Y/Project, which devastatingly has been forced to cease operations after 14 years. It was a strong week for campaigns, with Dazed cover stars Drew Starkey and Harris Dickinson becoming the latest faces of Loewe and Prada; we’re also predicting that basic fashion will be the trend set to define this year. In 2025, the partnership has relaunched with a re-edition of the collection in a new imagining of over 200 pieces. There’s also a London pop-up to mark the occasion, in the heart of Soho until February 9.
