Back in June 2022, Jacquemus tapped Jorja Smith to front the collaboration’s first ever campaign, with the singer sporting a rather modest 15-piece collection in the Zoe Ghertner-lensed images. Since that first collab was a sellout success, that wasn’t the last we saw of Jacquemus’ partnership with Nike – back in March they joined forces once more to present a collection fronted by US sprinter Sha’Carri Richardson. Now, the double act have returned for a third go, and this time they’ve really gone all out. With the summer Olympics coming to Paris in just two weeks – and Jacquemus, of course, being a French brand – the designer has decided to take over the capital with a long list of his famous friends. Icons from the worlds of fashion, film and music all make appearances in the playful vid, including Serena Williams, Central Cee, Lila Moss, Juliette Binoche, Manu Rios, Rina Sawayama, Carine Roitfeld and Parris Goebel, plus a whole host of Olympians and Paralympians on the Nike roster. In the campaign video, things kick off with Cench chilling in his hotel room surrounded by a couple of huskies (random), before the camera cuts aways to various locations around Paris, where we see model Reign Judge getting carried by removal men on a chaise longue, Rios playing tennis on a clay court à la Challengers, and Moss throwing some shapes while modelling on a boat on the Seine. Elsewhere, Drag Race France star La Grande Dame clips along the cobbles in heels and a white dress, Sawayama peeks through the blinds in her hotel room, and a group of fans celebrate a sporting victory at a restaurant called Le Chiquito (the name of Jacquemus’ iconic tiny bags).
