A little quaint, very glam, and with a bottomless bucket of cigarettes for guests, the actor got hitched in hot couture – her looks running the gamut of Glenn Martens for Jean Paul Gaultier, Mugler, and Loewe. And now, Sevigny is fronting Jonathan Anderson’s SS23 Pre-collection at Loewe, which is basically the filler that comes before all the iPad coats, grassy sneakers, and orchid tops of the main SS23 drop. Flanked by Luca Guadanigno and Taylor Russell, Sevigny was seemingly shot in Juergen Teller’s back garden in a big multicoloured duvet coat and Flamenco clutch. It’s the latest example of Anderson’s star pull, with each campaign seemingly an excuse to out-random himself with a behemoth cast of cult collaborators. In other fashion news this week, people got really annoyed that Diesel’s infamous belt-skirt was more belt than skirt, Dior got really annoyed at a ‘super milf’ on OnlyFans, and Mark Bryan got really annoyed at gay people, and then gay people got really annoyed at him. Elsewhere, Chan-young Yoon became a zombie-slaying star of Coach’s new campaign, while Margaret Thatcher’s horcrux was found on the RealReal, and a new fashion documentary exposed the dark truth of fashion’s so-called golden era.
