The SS20 menswear shows might now be over, but thanks to photographer Yu Fujiwara, you’ve got a chance to catch all of those moments you might have missed. As always, the PFW schedule was packed with exciting innovative shows, such as Virgil Abloh’s indoor meadow at Off-White, the futuristic pink paradise at Dior and giant bouncy castles at Louis Vuitton.

On the streets, there was no shortage of creativity among the attendees this season. One image sees model and activist Hanne Gaby Odiele posing in front of a West African restaurant, while Virgil Abloh is captured rushing around the streets of Paris. There’s even an appearance from Jefferson Hack and our Head of Fashion, Emma Hope Allwood outside a show.

Elsewhere, one attendee wears a wholesome tee, featuring a puppy (!) eating a slice of pizza (!!) and some passersby serve lewks in full traditional African garments. There’s also a collection of unlikely fashion week guests, with a group of young men seemingly dressed like priests.

Fujiwara also caught off-duty models outside of unlikely show venues, such as on the Champs Elysees in front of the McDonald’s Vetements held its SS20 show in and skater boys hanging around the Stade de Bercy. Turning his lens to more unconventional images, one of Fujiwara’s images shows a man taking a nap on a bench during the end of the day – summing up the vibe at the end of over four weeks of shows. Happy end of fashion month!
