Last week, Kanye West attending 2Chainz’s wedding, but you don’t care about that; all you need to know is that Ye turned up in a Virgil Abloh-designed Louis Vuitton suit and Yeezy slides that were too small. 

Then, came the memes. Some questioned if he had picked up North West’s shoes by accident, while others said they would fucks with them. Fashion’s unofficial whistleblower, Diet Prada, also weighed in, creating a t-shirt featuring illustrations of Ye’s foot in the tiny slippers. 

Even better, West has seen the tee, tweeting a picture of it with crying and flame emojis. He followed up trying to defend his choice of tiny shoe, tweeting that it’s “The Japanese way” with an illustration showing another foot hanging off the back of a traditional Geta. 

Whether you’re team tiny slide, or team tee (or both), tiny shoes are looking like they’ll be a big mood for the rest of the year.
