Chelsea girls:

Looking like they’d walked straight out of the Chelsea Hotel, models strutted down the runway in thigh-high skin tight leather boots and Beat Generation inspired looks, with patchwork leather coats and turtlenecks.

The devil’s in the details: 

The models sported graphic cat eye looks straight from the 60s, combined with middle-parted hair. Slung over some of their shoulders were leather bags with chain-like straps – practical and ready to head straight to Warhol's factory.
