Pagan plaid capes, ornate floral embroidery that might have been seen on Medieval manuscripts and patterns and prints derived from the Levant were mixed with the Westwood foundations of tried-and-tested deconstructed tailoring.Of course with every Westwood show comes a manifesto and a message and this time we’re asked to “Save the Arctic”, in conjunction with a Greenpeace campaign. The women on the runway today also appeared to be shivering cold from their Arctic crusade with their white-out make-up and what appeared to be black and blue bruise marks. Dare we throw in a Game of Thrones reference and say they looked a little like deathly White Walkers? It was a united front of crusaders that’s for sure. www.viviennewestwood.co.uk Hair: Sam McKnight Makeup: Val Garland Models pictured: Diana Timofeeva-@dianatimofeeva, Tabea Weyrauch-@TabeaWeyrauch, Agnes Sokolowska-@agnessokolowska, Ataui Deng-@AtauiD, Viviane Orth-@ViviOrth_Real, Sharam Diniz-@SharamDiniz, Ajuma Nasenyana-@ajumanasenyana, Alima Fofana-@alimatrickyFace, Betty Adewole-@BettyAdewole, Tiara Young-@ImTiaraYoung, Yulia Terentieva-@YuliaTerentieva Expand your creative community and connect with 15,000 creatives from around the world.READ MOREOur favourite pop culture Halloween costumes for 2025Grace Wales Bonner is heading to Hermès‘Britain feels like Disneyland’ Glenn Martens on a big Brit-inspired collabGlamour and grunge: A new Dazed shoot celebrates Sisley K’s arrivalMiu Miu gets arty in Paris, plus more fashion news you missed‘He was the ultimate canvas’: Transforming Jacob Elordi into FrankensteinIn pictures: The best street style from a historic Paris Fashion WeekVivienne Westwood’s final project rejuvenates her iconic tits t-shirtIt’s official: Maria Grazia Chiuri is taking over FendiIn pictures: The wildest street style moments at London Fashion WeekJoshua Ewusie was the breakout star of London Fashion WeekTrashy Clothing’s SS26 collection is lifting fashion’s veil of glamour
