An honest review of Kylie Jenner’s Kylie Skin collection

Everything you want to know, including the lowdown on the controversial Walnut Scrub

Listen, I know what you’re thinking. Not another article about skincare products. I get it. I’ve got enough lotions, pills, and potions to last me a lifetime, but the desire to chase perfect glowing skin keeps me buying more and more.

Obviously I was thrilled to hear that there were more products I could get my hands on following the launch of Kylie Jenner’s Kylie Skin range – which launched last year, but has recently become available in the UK at the likes of Selfridges

After receiving the collection – the face wash, toner, moisturiser, vitamin C serum, eye cream, and (eek!) face scrub – I only used the Kylie Skin products for just over a week and banished my others. First off, the products look and feel very luxurious despite their mid-level price range. The soft pink theme is very appealing and the details like the matte metal finish on the moisturiser and frosted transparent bottle of the face wash are a nice touch.

It wouldn’t be fair to judge the products on their impact on my skin in such a short amount of time, so instead, I’ve given you an honest lowdown on what they feel and smell like, as well as any short-term changes I noticed. Of course, this is just my opinion, we all have different yucks and yums and preferences when it comes to skincare, but if you’re a fanatic like me, it’s really all in the minor details.
