While I was researching for this feature, I did that rookie thing where you don't think about the potential results of what you're about to Google search. In my mind, ‘sexiest accounts on Instagram’ was going to bring up a plethora of erotic art fans and creators, cheeky illustrators, and naughty book purveyors, not a bunch of half-naked, wannabe Sports Illustrated models. So perhaps this is a pioneering post into what the other half of us actually find sexy and stimulating.

Working within the realms of sex, or associations of it, on a platform like Instagram has to be tough. Accounts are disabled and posts are removed on the regular (RIP one of my favourites @Cold Meat, who confirmed to me over email that they had been taken down). So while we still can, here we celebrate a selection of our kinkiest favourites to get you through the hump day...

@BARONESS_MAGAZINE

Soon-to-be-launched as the sister of the titillating title Baron, Baroness looks to be as kinky as its counterpart. A feed peppered with BDSM, bent-over backsides, god-knows-how-high heels and Andy Warhol eating a banana, the latest hint that we will be soon seeing a launch came with the debut of t-shirts designed by London fashion designers Martine Rose, Claire Barrow and Sebastiaan Pieter, premiered last week on Dazed.

@PINK_PART__

From a football made of beige leather with nipple imprints to a banana penetrating a grapefruit and, a personal favourite, Hentai, whoever is behind this feed might just have one of the most-unique collections of erotica online.

@LOOK_AT_THIS_PUSSSY

In a world full of dicks (disclaimer: personal opinion) it’s refreshing to stumble upon a feed who sees a world full of vaginas – everywhere from bubble gum to an elephant’s smile.

@WETSATINPRESS

Last year, Dazed 100’er and all round London creative, Reba Maybury launched a publishing press (Wet Satin Press) that promised to lift the lid on some of our most obscure fetishes, from ‘big women’ to a submissive worm...

@PETITESLUXURES

Sex is illustrated in a fine, black line that leaves detailed facial features out and instead focuses on legs, hands, thighs, backs, and allows your imagination to put you in the picture, literally. Oh. and they're French... did I say there's pizza too?
