Last week (December 17), FKA twigs shared a brand new single and accompanying music video with The Weeknd, titled “Tears in the Club”, featuring production by Arca, Cirkut, and El Guincho. Now, the MAGDALENE musician has teased yet more new material.

Showcasing a dancing session on TikTok, twigs offers fans a preview of the as-yet-untitled track, which is thought to be taken from the “deep, emotional, and honest” mixtape that she teased earlier this year.

“imagine if i made a song and posted a snippet of maji claire and i having a cute vogue training session 2 the track cause its the first day of capri sun szn,” she writes in the caption to the TikTok video. “omgosh dat would b cray.”

Expanding on the full follow-up to 2019’s MAGDALENE back in September, the musician wrote: “It’s really deep, emotional, and honest, but hopefully more golden tears than blue. I channeled my melancholy differently this time, and it was so amazing.”

Earlier this year, twigs also released a song with Headie One, titled “Don’t Judge Me”. That was followed by “Measure of a Man”, a Central Cee-featuring collaboration from the soundtrack to The King’s Man, in November.
