Beginning in October that year, the frenetic shows saw the Radiohead frontman embark on a journey across the US, before grinding to a halt in 2020 due to coronavirus. Since then, Tomorrow’s Modern Boxes tour dates have been rescheduled several times (and then postponed indefinitely). Now, however, the US leg of the tour has officially been cancelled. Yorke makes the announcement in a statement shared via Instagram, adding that refunds will be issued. As of February 4, shows in Europe and the UK are still currently scheduled to go ahead throughout June and July. Yorke’s latest solo album, Anima, was released in 2019, alongside a collaborative film with Paul Thomas Anderson. Late last year, the musician also shared two new collaborative tracks, titled “Her Revolution” and “His Rope”, produced alongside Burial and Four Tet.
