Only, those possibilities didn’t exactly materialise straight away, and those frustrations with her new city filtered into the lyrical content of All the Time, adding coarseness to Lanza’s perfect pop songwriting sensibility. Elsewhere this week, Taylor Swift surprise drops her new album folklore, and Jimothy Lacoste releases his long-awaited debut. There’s currently no sign of the mooted new Kanye West album (on the same day as Taylor Swift – jeez), but we’ll update this post if it does materialise later in the day.
