The video, which was directed by Blood Orange’s Devonté Hynes himself, shows the musician (alongside Ian Isiah and a cast of supporting actors) in an opulent renaissance setting, all powdered wigs and rococo ornamentation. The 14-track Angel’s Pulse mixtape, which Hynes describes as an “epilogue” to last year’s Negro Swan, includes collaborations with Arca, Kelsey Lu, BROCKHAMPTON’s Joba, Tinashe, Justine Skye, Toro y Moi, Ian Isiah, and more.
