Maybe even better. In case you missed it, the rapper took his weekly Sunday Service to the festival for Easter Sunday, performing at 9AM on “the mountain”, a mound within the campgrounds. As was to be expected, there were plenty of famous faces at the event, which came with the usual gospel choir and coordinated outfits. If that wasn’t enough, though, we also got some new music, which hints at tracks that might appear on the long-awaited Yandhi. “Water” was one of the tracks Kanye played, and there was also “Everything We Need” (though the title doesn’t seem to be set in stone just yet). These came alongside classics such as “Power” and “Ultralight Beam”, with Chance the Rapper performing his verse on the latter. kanye debuted a new song called “water” at #sundayservice 😭🌊🙏pic.twitter.com/ob0RcVtMLU— Genius (@Genius) April 21, 2019@chancetherapper gave us “Ultralight Beam” #SundayService#Coachellapic.twitter.com/3SOwaUAYvJ— Gerrick D.
