Music / NewsTroye Sivan is shining in his ‘My My My!’ videoA glorious, romantic bangerShareLink copied ✔️January 11, 2018MusicNewsTextAnna Cafolla Troye Sivan has dropped a new single from his upcoming album along with a smouldering, intense video for ‘My My My!’. “‘My My My!’ is a song of liberation, freedom, and love,” Sivan says. “Throw all inhibition to the wind, be present in your body, love wholeheartedly, move the way you’ve always wanted to, and dance the way you feel – hopefully even to this song!” The video is directed by Grant Singer, the filmmaker behind the likes of The Weeknd’s “Starboy” and Lorde’s “Green Light”. In the visual, the Dazed 100er explores grey cityscapes, flanked by some shirtless dudes like artist and porn star Brody Blomqvist. “Shine on, diamond. Don’t make me wait another day. ‘Cause passion is passion. You know it just as well as me,” he sings over the exuberant beat. Sivan’s next album is the follow-up to the stunning debut Blue Neighbourhood. Outside of music, he’s starred in a recent Valentino campaign and will appear in queer coming of age film Boy Erased alongside Russell Crowe and Nicole Kidman. Watch the video below.
