While it didn’t seem like the most natural combination at the time, the singer has now released an accompanying featurette explaining her fangirl love for the cult franchise. Wearing a vintage Star Trek t-shirt, the one-minute clip sees Riri explain how she first got into the intergalactic drama, and why she’s always been so drawn to it. “Star Trek has been in my life since I was a little girl,” she explains.
