Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian reunite in the Cooking With Paris trailer

The Netflix series will see the reality TV star learn how to cook, alongside Demi Lovato, Saweetie, Lele Pons, and more

Earlier this month (July 13), Paris Hilton announced the launch of her own Netflix cooking show – titled Cooking With Paris – which will show a “newly domesticated side” of her. The show will document the reality TV star as she learns her way around the kitchen alongside celebrity guests.

Now, in anticipation of the show’s August 4 release date, the first trailer has arrived – and it has all the bubblegum pink, rhinestone-encrusted cooking paraphernalia you would expect.

“What is ‘zest lemon’?” Hilton asks Siri in the chaotic minute-long trailer, which sees her learning how to cook in a series of glam outfits. “Paris Hilton is finally sharing her culinary expertise and kitchen prowess as you’ve never seen her before,” says a voiceover on the trailer. “Though her kitchen is no Simple Life.”

The clip also teases a reunion with fellow reality TV star and Paris’ former assistant, Kim Kardashian. The two noughties stars are shown sharing a meal together at a table full of food – we’re sliving!

Other guests on the show will include Nikki Glaser, Demi Lovato, Saweetie, and Lele Pons, as well as family-members Kathy and Nicky Hilton.

Yesterday (June 27), rumours spread that Hilton was expecting her first child with fiancé, Carter Reum. In January on “The Trend Reporter with Mara” podcast, she explained that she has been undergoing IVF treatments. “We have been doing the IVF, so I can pick twins if I like. Kim (Kardashian) is actually the one who told me about that. I didn’t even know anything about it,” she said.

The actress and DJ, however, has now denied all claims in a new episode of her This Is Paris podcast. “I woke up to about 3,000 texts, all my iPhones are blowing up – all five of them – everyone wishing me congratulations and so happy for me and, yes, I’ve heard from people I haven’t heard from in years. Thank you everyone for all the messages,” she explained before joking that she was pregnant with triplets. “Actually, I’m just kidding. I am not pregnant – not yet. I am waiting until after the wedding.”

In May, Hilton announced her return to reality TV with a 13-episode show, Paris In Love, which will document planning the wedding. As stated in the show’s synopsis, the series will follow the entire wedding process, from “bridal dress shopping and choosing the venue to designing her dream destination wedding and participating in what certainly will be a fun and crazy bachelorette party”.

Otherwise, Paris is releasing a “searingly honest and deeply personal” memoir, which will provide an intimate glimpse at her personal life and reality TV persona. The book will follow her 2020 This Is Paris documentary on YouTube, which unpacked Hilton’s “heartbreaking trauma” from childhood.
