FashionNewsBalenciaga Crocs sold out before even being releasedYou’ve Croc to be quicker than that to get a pairShareLink copied ✔️February 2, 2018FashionNewsTextDominic Cadogan Remember Balenciaga’s platform Crocs that debuted at the SS18 show in October? Don’t pretend, of course you do. Since they stomped down the runway, you have probably seen them all over your Instagram feed with people either confused, disgusted, or saying how much they want to get their hands on a pair. If you are in the latter group, you’ll be disappointed to hear that you’re already too late. That’s right, the Crocs – which haven’t even been released yet – are already sold out. Dropped on Barneys’ site yesterday morning in two colourways, the divisive shoe was available for pre-order for $850 and was already completely sold out by midday. Any dreams of getting your hands on a pair before NYFW just went out of the window. No fear, that was just the first of what will likely be many drops of the shoe. Or if that isn’t your style, maybe you’d be more interested in a pair of thigh-high Uggs courtesy of Y/Project. Either way, before you know it, creative director Demna Gvasalia will have showcased the next must-have shoe at the upcoming co-ed AW18 Balenciaga show next month.
