Styled by long-time collaborator Benjamin Bruno, shot by Meisel, and produced under the creative direction of Anderson and M/M Paris, the triptych of images include rephotographed black-and-white shots from the photographer’s back catalogue. These images feature in the ad alongside a look previewing tomorrow’s menswear collection – worn by model Jackson Wakefield – and a close-up of one of the brand’s iconic weekender bags. It’s not the first time that Anderson has collaborated with the legendary photographer, having previously adopted a similar approach by using Meisel’s archive for the label’s SS15 campaign, which marked Anderson’s Loewe debut. Much like those first images, this latest campaign is understated and elegant, continuing the genius collaboration between these creative giants.
