To celebrate, they called in Japanese video director Shimizu Yasuhiko to create a short lookbook film that not only documents the clothes, but also the shared history of the two brands – Carhartt WIP's emphasis on the street-ready and urban, and the aesthetic of Harajuku motorcycle counterculture that inspires Neighborhood designer Shinsuke Takizawa. Having worked on other collaborative projects with brands such as New Balance, Diesel and Adidas, Yasuhiko was the perfect candidate for project.
