Pepper strikes back as Coachella meets marching band chic. Tommy Hilfiger applied his signature deep-shaded palette of burgundy and navy blue to campy, military-inspired pieces: a striped sateen cape, a khaki twill band jacket, and shiny regimental hats throughout. Pieces like a chiffon halter-dress got a shiny, metallic treatment; playful star-shapes dappled the collection, from bathing suits to knit mohair sweaters. Let the festival begin: Patchwork denim and studded suede fused the best of Woodstock and Coachella, as top model newbies Binx Walton, Ondria, and (of course) nipple-baring Kendall, join rock-star favourites like Georgia May Jagger down a path lined with peace, love, and psychedelic flowers. Juke box hero: Hilfiger tunes us in to the best of local pool hall, with The Rolling Stones' "Sympathy for the Devil" and Jimi Hendrix's "All Along The Watchtower”. True to form, the girls marched out to the Beatles’ "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" for a spirited, Liverpool-approved finale.
