Artisanal athleticism: The collection exuded a quiet, subdued luxury – if there’s one thing Bottega Veneta champion, it’s the artisanal and an understated sophistication that doesn’t rely on in-your-face branding to convey its worth. Creative Director Tomas Maier worked from the idea of the body in movement, and wanted to convey athleticism and ease – combining elevated tracksuits with sporty running shoes. How it was worn: Accessorised with square backpacks in the signature intrecciato woven leather, and bags in washed-out suede. Continuing the sportswear aesthetic, models’ hair was held back by headbands. The soundtrack to Bottega Veneta SS15: Last season, uniform was reimagined in mossy green with languid ease.
