Maison Martin Margiela's models are presented as criminals - albeit well dressed ones - for the debut of the label’s menswear A/W 09 collection. The models appear to be having their mug shots taken as they turn from front to profile in front of a white wall adorned with black parallel lines, reminiscent of a police station. The only soundtrack is a distorted voice that introduces each look as a number, then goes on to describe the out fit in a barely discernable, yet authoritative and almost Big Brother like manner.
