As per usual - for both the season and Giorgio himself - this was a dark and sombre affair. Grey, black and blue dominated the colour palette - although there were signs of light brightness in a few red and blue patterned jackets and knits. Velvet - either black or brown - featured as a guest performer amongst the other wintry fabrics. But it was the surprise addition of accompanying female models that caught our eyes towards the end. In bright colourful red and pink creations, the ladies perfectly played the role of Armani arm candy! Escape the algorithm!
