First, it was reported that Harry Styles might be launching his own perfume and cosmetics business, and now, there’s talk of Ariana Grande jumping on the celebrity beauty brand hype. According to beauty insider Trendmood, the singer has filed a trademark for her own line, titled God Is A Woman – named after her 2018 track of the same name. The line will reportedly include skincare and body care products, mists, soufflés, perfumes, shower and bath gels, and more. Although there’s no more details as of yet, this wouldn’t be Ariana’s first endeavour into the beauty world. The musician already has six successful perfumes behind her, including “Frankie”, a gender-neutral fragrance named after her older brother, and “Cloud”, beauty salon Ulta’s best-selling fragrance. In 2019, Ariana also filed for the trademark of ‘thank u, next’ – the name of her fifth studio album and 2018 track of the same name – which covered a number of beauty products, including fragrances, body lotions, bath gels, body scrubs, and body mists. If Ariana did launch a beauty line, she’d be following in the well-trodden footsteps of Kylie Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Cardi B, Lady Gaga, Pharrell, Rihanna, and many, many more.
