However, he is venturing into beauty influencer territory. Yes, the Internet daddy, Prada shirt aficionado, bona fide sex symbol and all-around delightful human being has now added another string to his manifold bow. In a series of Instagram stories last night, the actor’s wife Emilie Goldblum captured his first beauty product review, filming a sleep-mussed Goldblum as he tested out Summer Fridays’ cult Jet Lag face mask for the first time. A favourite of everyone from Kim Kardashian to Jessica Alba, the Jet Lag Mask is the ultimate in hydration. Full of nourishing vitamins, ceramics and antioxidants, it’s perfect for stressed-out, post-plane skin. “This is the before,” Emilie narrates as she asks if her husband is ready for the treatment. Sadly we were then denied the image of Goldblum in his face mask as he spends the next clips hidden coyly behind a pillow. What we do get is a quick thumbs up and the knowledge that Emilie’s hands were too cold to result in a fully relaxed experience. However, luckily Emilie was there to reassure us and Summer Fridays with the caption “yay he loved it” as she exclaims “Look how beautiful your skin already looks.” All in all, we would say a success.
