In this section, we'll be hosting a series of interactive classes designed to make you feel calmer, happier and more at peace. Giselle La Pompe-Moore is a meditation teacher and founder of UK based meditation practice: Project Ajna. For years, Giselle suffered from acute anxiety attacks, and it wasn’t until a therapist pointed her in the right direction, that Giselle finally found a cure in the form of breathing meditations. This began a journey which ultimately culminated in her leaving her fashion industry job and dedicating herself to meditation full time. Last year she founded Project Ajna through which she helps her clients shift their mindset around their appearance, overcome their inner critic and begin their journey of healing and self-acceptance. “Meditation gives us the opportunity to go inwards, to heal the relationship we have with our skin and appearance by looking within,” she says. Also certified in Reiki and tarot, Giselle offers all-around holistic guidance. “Wellness is about being unapologetic about taking the time and using the tools you need for your self-care, health and overall wellbeing.” Head over to the Dazed Beauty Instagram to watch live as Giselle takes us through a guided meditation session.
