Gracing the front of Issue Zero is Travis Scott and Kate Moss envisaged as CGI centaurs, Slick Woods as a gaming avatar, Genesis P-Orridge shot by Casper Sejersen and Kylie Jenner shot by Daniel Sannwald and run through a beauty AI. Today, the publication hits shelves at limited retailers around the globe. Look out for its packaging: a sleek, silver beauty sample-style sachet with a neon Dazed Beauty logo. Inside the issue and up on the website soon, we have a reimagined version of the 3D heads from our Ready Player launch campaign, a shoot with South Sudanese model Aweng Chuol, Till Janz's future hair salon, Daniel Sannwald's portraits of Yves Tumor and Florian Joye's eerie beauty product still lifes. Text-wise, we have contributions from experts on the future of beauty; biohacking pioneer Glyph on human genetic engineering, Professor Carl Smith on advancements in mirror technology, journalist Liam Hess on future scent tech, performance artist Hermione Flynn on the skin as an interface and our very own creative director Isamaya Ffrench on the chemical NAD+ and living forever, along with much, much more.
