After co-stars Ben Stiller and Owen announced the film by storming the runway at Valentino’s AW15 show (and subsequently starring in a campaign for the label), the world’s most ridiculously good looking model, Derek Zoolander, has popped up again and again on the fashion scene – even bagging a CÎROC bottle named in his honour, with accompanying press shots snapped by none other than legendary photographer Mario Testino. However the film hasn’t managed to skirt its fair share of controversy. After receiving criticism following on from the first trailer drop due to the films arguably insensitive treatment of gender fluidity, many called for the boycott of the movie, with an online petition amassing over 24,000 signatures. With the final trailer ahead of it’s 12th of February release featuring the sequel’s scriptwriter, Justin Theroux, return to his role as ‘Evil DJ’; the new clip commands we sit back, relax, and wait for the film to drop.
