Organised by Alexandra Leese, Simon Rogers, and Bianca Raggi, the print sale features 100 British and UK-based photographers, such as Martin Parr, Juergen Teller, Nadine Ijewere, Charlotte Wales, Campbell Addy, Rosie Marks, Lea Colombo, and many more. 100 per cent of the proceeds (minus £10 being deducted to cover production costs) will go to directly supporting the The Trussell Trust, which supports two-thirds of food banks across the UK, the 8 x 11 inch prints are priced at £100 (plus £5 shipping worldwide). During COVID-19, food banks have seen a 300 per cent increase in demand when compared to this time last year. With millionsof people thrown into financial uncertainty due to the crisis, the Food Foundation reported that 1.5 million Brits had admitted to not eating for a whole day due to having no access to money or food. While food banks continue to work incredible hard to help those who need it, with the UK’s creative community coming together, Photographs For The Trussell Trust can match, if not better, the efforts made by similar initiatives, such as the 1.3m raised by Pictures For Elmhurst.
