See more here Dazed photographer Fumi Nagasaka’s favourite place to spend summer is Berlin. She’s been tripping back and forth from her home in New York to the German capital for the past couple of sunshine seasons, and has dug through her archive to share a particularly fond series she took while there in 2013, titled “Living Is Easy With Eyes Closed”. “For people like me living in New York and always busy and stressed. Berlin is totally different, and shocking in a way,” she reveals. “You could choose the life that you can do whatever you want and not to be bothered by anyone.” Her black and white photos manifest the enviable laid back attitude that’s found amongst the city’s streets, parks and venues. Nagasaka adds, “People in Berlin have their own world and really enjoy it in they own way. They don’t really care about what other people think and that inspires me – I wanted to photograph those beautiful moments.” To see more of Nagasaka’s work, click here Photography Fumi NagasakaExpand your creative community and connect with 15,000 creatives from around the world.READ MOREThe photography platform taking you inside the world’s best ravesBarragán AW19These photos are a refreshing look at the world through the eyes of womenJamie Hawkesworth lenses the human-wildlife conflict in India Playful photographs of friends dressed in dragTorbjørn Rødland’s photos are an exercise in uncomfortableCampbell Addy teams up with Getty to diversify stock imageryNew photo book celebrates cult model Guinevere Van SeenusTattooist and photographer Madame Buraka opens exhibitionImmerse yourself in Signe Pierce’s neon hyperrealityYou can now get a slice of art history for $100The most boundary-pushing images from the Dazed archive
