The never-before-seen images from 2015-16 have arrived on label YEAR0001’s INDEX

Cast your mind back to December 2015. Yung Lean is about to embark on a world tour for the release of his second studio album Warlord, along with his music collective Sad Boys (also comprised of the Swedish producer Yung Gud). Supporting the tour is a then 21-year-old Bladee and the rest of Drain Gang, back when the internet rappers were still considered ‘underground’, and years before ‘drain’ became a household name, even landing its own genre on Spotify in 2022.

Eight years on, YEAR0001, the legendary Swedish label behind Sad Boys and Drain Gang, has shared exclusive imagery from the tour on INDEX (think of it like the label’s own community-based Wikipedia), which features a personal selection of photos of the tour with familiar faces including Bladee, Ecco2k, Yung Sherman, Thaiboy Digital, Adamn Killa, among others.

Take a look at the images in the gallery above.
