Cardi B will try ballet, firefighting, and more in her new Facebook series

The rapper will also attempt teaching, stunt car driving, and cooking in Cardi Tries

In the last couple of years alone, Cardi B has become the first woman to win Best Rap Album at the Grammys, starred alongside J-Lo in the acclaimed stripper film Hustlers, and taken home Billboard’s Woman of the Year award (not to mention her chart-topping songs – no one’s going to forget 2020’s “WAP” any time soon). Apparently, though, that still isn’t enough.

In a new series for Facebook, Cardi will take on various other activities, trying her hand at being a firefighter, a stunt car driver, a teacher, a ballerina, and more. “Ever wondered whether I’d be a good ballerina?” she writes in an Instagram post. “Only one way to find out!”

Titled Cardi Tries ____, the series premieres on Facebook Messenger and Instagram, in an attempt to push the social media company’s “Watch Together” feature, which allows you to tune in with your friends. Guests will include the actresses Michelle Rodriguez and Debbie Allen, as well as country music star Mickey Guyton.

The first episode of Cardi Tries ____ premiered today, while the rest will be released every Thursday at 12pm EST (5pm UK time). Watch Cardi B’s announcement, and a preview of the first episode, below.
