BTS are releasing a new reality show. In the SOOP BTS ver. takes place in the woods (with “soop” translating to “forest”) and will follow the K-pop superstars’ seven members outdoors, doing activities “somewhere in between everyday life and leisure”, Soompi reports.

Consisting of eight 60-minute episodes, the show will see BTS members create their own schedules and each spend time enjoying their hobbies. The seven will spend time together in the same place but will each have their own sections too. The members will host the show themselves, with minimal communication between them and the production staff.

A teaser shows the group at Lake 192 explaining what to expect from the show. “I think we're able to show our natural selves,” says the group’s V.

The show premieres on August 19 and will air every Wednesday at 11pm (KST) on JTBC after that. Fans can also watch it on BTS’s Weverse community from August 20 at midnight in extended 80-minute versions, with additional unaired behind-the-scenes clips.
