Apparently, a Björk cover was requested by fans a while back, but couldn’t be pulled off live due to coronavirus. “I’d actually hoped to cover a different song of hers live this year but I guess that will have to wait until some other time…” writes the Paramore singer, whose first solo tour was due to begin in May, but was subsequently postponed to 2021 due to the pandemic. “Anyway, this one has to be in my top 5 – ‘Unison’,” Williams adds. “Apologies for the crudely casual rendition but it sure felt good.” The accompanying video sees the musician performing the latter half of the song with an acoustic guitar. Hayley Williams first announced the release of her debut, two-part solo album, PETALS FOR ARMOR, back in January.
