The six-track EP, which is sung in both English and French, is the musician’s first record since her 2018 album Chris, and even features a song with Caroline Polachek. The accompanying short film is directed by Colin Solal Cardo and shot at the Palais Garnier in Paris. Choreographed by Ryan Heffington, the 14-minute video sees Chris gradually transform into a vampire, and as always, the suit game is strong – very strong. The French artist previously released “Gone”, a collaboration with Charli XCX, in 2019 – it was one of Dazed’s favourite songs of the year. Revisit Dazed’s 2018 profile of Chris here.
