The project began in early July 2006 in Weed, CA, while Foreign Born guitarist Lewis Pesacov and local songwriter Luke Top were at the wedding of Cass and Kate McCombs. After developing their live sound for over a year, Fool's Gold are currently wrapping up their first official studio recordings with a 7" single to be in limited release this summer.
