(and his subsequent acceptance of a lifetime Pornhub membership), Kanye West has dropped a new, unreleased track, XTCY. Producer DJ Clark Kent posted a WeTransfer link to the song on his Twitter, writing that Kanye had told him to “let that new ‘XTCY’ joint go!!!”. The rapper later retweeted the post to his 28 million followers, confirming he’d given the go-ahead. Sitting in the studio with my man @kanyewest and he said.. "Clark, let that new "XTCY"joint go!!! So.. ENJOY: NEW KANYE WEST.. https://t.co/n2LfhUvMxR— DJ CLARK KENT (@DJClarkKent) August 11, 2018 The song itself has some pretty… interesting lyrics, opening: “You got sick thoughts? I got more of ‘em / You got a sister-in-law you would smash? I got four of them”, to complement the song’s cover image, which pictures Kim Kardashian with Kylie and Kendall Jenner, and Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian at Kylie’s recent 21st birthday party. Later in the song, there’s also a reprisal of the lyrical genius’ “whoopity-whoop” lyrics, formerly heard on his song ‘Lift Yourself’. A few hours after retweeting DJ Clark Kent’s download link for the song, Kanye took to Twitter once more to clear up the reason for his silence when confronted about Donald Trump’s behaviour on Jimmy Kimmel’s show. “On Jimmy Kimmel we had a great time having a dialogue. I’m reading that I was stumped by a question. Let me clarify the click bait. I wasn’t stumped. I wasn’t given a chance to answer the question,” he explained in a tweet. “The question was so important I took time to think. And then I was hit with the let’s go to commercial break. That interview showed strong personalities with different opinions having a civil conversation.” On Jimmy Kimmel we had a great time having a dialogue. I’m reading that I was stumped by a question.
