Although the song didn’t appear on her ninth album The Hope Six Demolition Project when it was released earlier this year, it was recorded during the same sessions as part of Harvey’s residency at Somerset House in January 2015, which invited audiences to observe the recording process. While it may not have made the album’s final cut, it’s still a worthy addition to Harvey’s catalogue, with metallic guitars scraping over a militaristic drum beat and Harvey singing “which one is guilty?” in its chorus. The song’s release comes ahead of Harvey’s forthcoming European headline tour. Harvey recently was in the news for reading John Donne’s poem No Man Is An Island at Glastonbury in response to the UK vote to leave the European Union.
