Music / NewsDrake drops Gucci Mane and Justin Bieber collabsThe Canadian rapper previewed three new tracks on his Beats 1 radio show over the weekendShareLink copied ✔️June 6, 2016MusicNewsTextSelim Bulut Drake returned to the airwaves with his OVO Radio show on Beats 1 on Saturday, playing three brand new songs for the first time – including a new collaboration with Gucci Mane and a Justin Bieber remix of his smash single “One Dance”. The rapper kicked things off with new song “4pm in Calabasas”, a spiritual successor to songs like “9am in Dallas” and “5am in Toronto”. Produced by Vinylz and Frank Dukes, the track sees Drake do what Drake usually does, rapping about his career beginnings and the perils and pitfalls of fame. Later, Drake celebrated Gucci Mane’s recent release from prison by playing a handful of tracks by the Atlanta rapper. He then capped this off by debuting a brand new Gucci Mane song called “Back on the Road”, which Drake contributes a chorus to. Finally, the Canadian rapper elisted his fellow countryman Justin Bieber to add a new verse to “One Dance”, the enormously successful UK funky-sampling new single from latest album Views. You can listen to “4pm in Calabasas” and “Back on the Road” above, and check out the full show below for the “One Dance” remix. Escape the algorithm!
