Today, however, he's officially released two new songs — both of which are intriguing in different ways. The first track, “Pop Style”, is interesting for its choice of featured artist: The Throne, best known as rap royalty Jay Z and Kanye West, while the second, “One Dance”, is interesting for its choice of sample. The song features Wizkid and is built around a sample taken from a remix of Kyla’s anthem “Do You Mind” by Crazy Cousinz — a British production outfit who helped spread the ‘UK funky’ style of bass-heavy dance music. Drake certainly is loving the UK right now. Neither track is available to stream just yet, but you can buy them both on iTunes. Escape the algorithm!
