Warping a heady mixture of ghetto house and juke rhythms, Chicago-based DJ, producer and label founder Chrissy Murderbot has been hailed as ‘a virtual walking encyclopedia of the last 30 years of dance music’. His early influences from dancehall to jungle before his obsession with Chicago juke began makes for his diverse sounds such as his melody-heavy style of remixes for the likes of Star Slinger to Theophilus London. Taking time out from running his house label Sleazetone Records and the more jungle-focused Dead Homies Recordings, he's made us an exclusive mix ahead of his headline set at the next We Buy Gold footwork party at Dalston's Visions this Friday!
