The show started with cropped jackets and knee-skimming pencil skirts complete with clear plastic panels. Small cut outs appeared on the waist and shoulders, while criss-crossing patent straps made for a sexy back. Fringing – a trend that already made waves in a few Milan collections – also made an appearance, this time decorating the front of a logo-printed dress or the back of a red gown. Other highlights included striped bodycon dresses, intarsia knitwear and multiple renditions of the Versace logo print. Escape the algorithm!
