The event marked our first magazine drop held in New York City, and the Dazed community showed up and showed out in their best dress for a chance to get their hands on the latest issue. Featuring cover stars fakemink, 2hollis, Lil Uzi Vert, Oklou, and beabadoobee, the Culture Clash issue lives up to its name, exploring every genre under the sun and covering everything from Rio de Janeiro‘s baile funk scene to Korea’s rising underground rappers. Expanding beyond just music, elsewhere in the issue, the clash between humans and technology is confronted with a photo story featuring model Angelina Kendall and robot HMND Alpha. After snagging the new issue (copies ran out in under an hour), attendees got a chance to connect with other Dazed readers and meet members of the Dazed US team. Also present was cover stylist Kyle Luu, who spent the night signing copies and sharing insights about her time in the industry. To see scenes from the night, head to the photo gallery above.
